Senior Fullstack JavaScript Developer

SDET

• Perform manual and exploratory testing to catch issues automation might miss, especially on new features and edge cases
• Design and execute functional, regression, and API test plans across web and application projects
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
• Write automation code in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman alongside code-based approaches
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers on Git workflows
• Document test cases, defects, and QA processes clearly for the team
• Test AI-driven features and AI-integrated systems, evaluating behavior beyond standard functional checks
• Collaborate with distributed, global engineering teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle

Software Test Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Take vague, high-level goals and turn them into shipped, working software with minimal hand-holding
• Own large scopes end-to-end: break down the problem, sequence the work, and drive it to done
• Make UX and scope judgment calls independently — know what's worth building and what to cut
• Work in tight iteration loops — ship something working fast, then refine based on real feedback
• Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow — delegate grunt work to the tools and steer them to good output
• Surface blockers, tradeoffs, and decisions early and clearly, without needing to be managed

• Perform manual testing of an interactive, web-based weather visualization platform
• Verify that features related to weather data (e.g., radar, map layers, storm patterns) function as intended and display accurately
• Take part in live testing events during tornado outbreaks
• Identify, document, and communicate bugs or anomalies clearly
• Collaborate with the development team to confirm bug fixes and improve usability
• Suggest improvements based on your understanding of weather data and end-user behavior

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Work with data and recruitment metrics to improve decision-making and track hiring success.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen and evaluate both technical and non-technical candidates across multiple domains.
• Apply AI tools and methodologies to streamline recruiting processes, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate evaluation.
• Leverage knowledge of technology, AI, and technical roles to effectively assess candidates and engage with hiring teams.
• Conduct interviews, assess skills and culture fit, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and organize the candidate database, ensuring accurate records and effective use of talent pipelines.
• Maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions and adjust strategies for global hiring needs.
• Overlap with different time zones as needed to support international recruitment efforts.
• Contribute to broader HR and cross-departmental initiatives as needed.
