Pharmacist

• Responsible for technical and clerical functions in the area assigned (e.g. inpatient pharmacy, oncology pharmacy, and other areas)
• Duties include unit-dose or traditional dispensing, medication order entry, medication cart refill, ward stock replenishment, inventory management, sterile products preparation, non-hazardous and hazardous drug preparation (e.g. chemotherapy preparation), manufacturing and pre-packaging.
• All rotations include responsibility for continuous quality improvement and workload measurement.

Pharmacy Technician – Pharmacy

General

• Lead the development and implementation of SHNRI’s Practice‑Based Research and Innovation (PBRI) strategy, aligned with SHNRI’s three‑pillar strategic plan and SHN organizational priorities
• Advance Practice‑Based Research Networks (PBRNs) to support translational research that improves patient care across clinical settings
• Embed Quality Improvement Research (QIR) into clinical practice by standardizing review processes, supporting co‑design, and aligning QI initiatives with research strategy
• Partner with Quality & Safety teams to integrate QI methodologies into nursing‑led and allied health research initiatives
• Provide coaching, education, and mentorship to nursing, allied health, and clinical staff in research design, methodology, QIR, knowledge translation, and scholarly writing
• Build research capacity through workshops, design‑thinking programs, and innovation initiatives to foster practice‑based scholarship and leadership development
• Establish and maintain academic partnerships to support collaborative research, student engagement, and knowledge exchange
• Represent nursing and allied health research interests on interprofessional committees, research ethics boards, and external academic forums
• Lead practice‑based research initiatives across the hospital network
• Track, evaluate, and report PBRI research activities, outcomes, funding, and publications aligned with SHNRI performance metrics
• Promote dissemination of research findings through peer‑reviewed publications, conferences, and internal knowledge‑sharing platforms

Lead, Practice Based Research and Innovation

• Organize and perform the ultrasound examinations and Ultrasound guided procedures in a team environment
• Maintain and document high quality images and technologist notes during the course of duties
• Actively participate in the implementation of strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness of the ultrasound service
• With special focus on delivering optimal patient centred care, provide effective communication with clinical teams, patients and family
• Part of a clinical team, work effectively with nurse, physicians, and other health care professionals
• Required to work at all SHN hospital locations

Ultrasound Technologist

Director

• Provide strategic leadership for SHN Foundation’s annual and direct response fundraising program
• Own the strategy, performance, and evolution of a fully integrated, multi-channel direct response program
• Lead the development and execution of annual operating plans and budgets
• Drive the growth and optimization of digital giving programs
• Serve as the internal expert and thought leader on direct response fundraising trends
• Provide creative and strategic leadership to storytelling, messaging, and campaign development
• Collaborate with the AVP, Operations and Technology to analyze data and define targeting strategies
• Oversee data strategy and execution
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to design and deliver cohesive donor journeys
• Ensure strong governance and accountability through accurate donor records

Associate Director, Direct Response

Communications

• Provide excellent customer service in delivering switchboard and locating services in a respectful and customer-oriented manner for Scarborough Health Network
• Monitor alarm panels and initiate emergency codes and downtime procedures
• Protect and promote patient’s right to privacy, confidentiality and dignity
• Scheduled to work at the General, Birchmount or Centenary hospital based upon departmental needs

Communication Services Representative

Learning and Development

• Conduct literature reviews, environmental scans and needs assessments to build and refine inclusive programs supporting the learning, growth, and development of employees, including emerging leaders and current leaders
• Design, develop, implement and deliver corporate and department/division-specific learning programs that support employee engagement and retention and the development of a leadership pipeline aligned with the LEADS in a Caring Environment capability framework
• Facilitate and manage the New Hire Orientation and Leadership Development Programs
• Consult with leaders to develop, implement and evaluate department specific supports to help leaders improve team cohesion and increase staff engagement
• Establish project plans, mobilize and manage resources necessary to complete projects, monitor progress, and meet timelines
• Create training outlines and briefing reports on the current status of trainings, projects, and initiatives
• Design PowerPoint presentations for senior executives, turning data and complex information into easily readable graphics and visuals
• Support the planning and implementation of the corporate recognition calendar and events, including, but not limited to, long service awards, recognition awards, ice cream days, team spotlight, and take your kids to work day
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, including the Organizational Development team and Communications team, to align and promote programming across the organization
• Liaise and consult with external consultants, vendors, stakeholders and subject-matter-experts

Organizational Development Specialist

Therapist

• The position will have regional responsibilities supporting satellite sites across the CELHIN and thus would require travel from site to site.
• Reporting directly to the Manager, Regional Cardiovascular Rehab, this role will work closely with physicians, other exercise therapists and multidisciplinary team across the CELHIN.
• The Exercise Therapist is responsible for case management of outpatient population.
• Development of individualized exercise and wellness programs.
• Risk factor assessment, patient supervision and monitoring, counselling and support.
