About the role
- Ivolved in end-to-end HR processes, including reporting, payroll, comp&ben, recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent management
- Ensure clear documentation of HR processes and promote best practices;
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
- Provide guidance and act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
- Mitigate people-related risks and maintain proper documentation and internal/external audit readiness
- Monitor HR KPIs and continuously improve service delivery
- Ensure effective implementation of HR frameworks and tools;
- Support digitalization and automation of HR processes
- Drive process mapping, standardization of HR policies, processes, and practices across the organization in EAR
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives (e.g. digital transformation, transfer of admin processes to hub)
- Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Use data and insights to guide decision-making and workforce strategy within P&C.
- Coach leaders and managers through change processes
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a minumum
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering
- Strong understanding of HR processes, especially in comp and ben
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation
- HR process improvement and HR standardization initiatives
- Experience in work across multiple markets
- Advanced excel user; 40% of work is operational
- Possibility to travel 25% of time
- Experience with Success Factors would be considered advantage
