About the role

  • Ivolved in end-to-end HR processes, including reporting, payroll, comp&ben, recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent management
  • Ensure clear documentation of HR processes and promote best practices;
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Provide guidance and act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
  • Mitigate people-related risks and maintain proper documentation and internal/external audit readiness
  • Monitor HR KPIs and continuously improve service delivery
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR frameworks and tools;
  • Support digitalization and automation of HR processes
  • Drive process mapping, standardization of HR policies, processes, and practices across the organization in EAR
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives (e.g. digital transformation, transfer of admin processes to hub)
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
  • Use data and insights to guide decision-making and workforce strategy within P&C.
  • Coach leaders and managers through change processes
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a minumum
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, especially in comp and ben
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation
  • HR process improvement and HR standardization initiatives
  • Experience in work across multiple markets
  • Advanced excel user; 40% of work is operational
  • Possibility to travel 25% of time
  • Experience with Success Factors would be considered advantage
