About the role
- First technical touchpoint for developers integrating with our SDK
- Respond to developer inquiries, especially related to our Web SDK and APIs
- Triage and troubleshoot issues, guide debugging, escalate complex problems to engineering
- Maintain and improve FAQs, internal tools, and technical documentation
- Assist during high-priority incidents and coordinate with internal teams
- Grow technical knowledge with emphasis on React Native and mobile frameworks
- Occasional on-site customer visits and possible part of onboarding in Europe
Requirements
- Customer-centric mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with complex React Native applications
- Ideally, experience in mobile development for both iOS and Android
- Experience with other mobile development frameworks or native iOS/Android is a plus
- Familiarity with mobile and web technologies
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently with high degree of autonomy
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
