Support Engineer

• First technical touchpoint for developers integrating with our SDK
• Respond to developer inquiries, especially related to our Web SDK and APIs
• Triage and troubleshoot issues, guide debugging, escalate complex problems to engineering
• Maintain and improve FAQs, internal tools, and technical documentation
• Assist during high-priority incidents and coordinate with internal teams
• Grow technical knowledge with emphasis on React Native and mobile frameworks
• Occasional on-site customer visits and possible part of onboarding in Europe
