Operations

• Own the performance and P&L of core operational functions: scheduling and call center operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), interoperability and report delivery, and post-scan fulfillment
• Oversee onshore teams and offshore BPO partners, manage critical radiology vendor relationships, and drive the transition toward an AI-augmented operating model
• Continue operations cost structure transformation while scaling capacity to support rapid volume growth
