Build and maintain strong relationships with Pharmacy Directors at the local hospital level.
Develop and execute strategic plans to introduce products and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of market access opportunities and challenges, and effectively communicate pull-through tactics to support customers.
Foster positive, compliant relationships with the Commercial Team and other internal stakeholders.
Engage with prospective and current customers both virtually and in person, managing the end-to-end sales process.
Analyze competitors by evaluating trends and identifying new sales opportunities.
Generate sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information, and preparing quotations.
Develop detailed account plans using analytical tools (e.g., PowerBI), reviewing customer buying history, suggesting related and new products, and explaining their value.
Maintain accurate account information in CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or B2B sales
Proficient in PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to understand and apply industry standards and best practices
