About the role
- Manage job evaluations, market salary data, salary reviews, and salary analyses.
- Oversee employment conditions and guide leaders and People & Culture in salary setting.
- Continue working with the developed job architecture.
- Contribute to the implementation of the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Handle variable pay programs.
- Utilize the HR system SuccessFactors effectively.
Requirements
- Relevant academic background, preferably a university degree in HR, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a comparable HR specialty.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Comprehensive understanding of salary formation, collective labor agreements, vacation and leave legislation, pension frameworks, and other key People‑related areas within the Scandinavian region.
- Fluency in one Scandinavian language and English.
- Personal attributes: integrity, discretion, proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach.
