About the role
- You will provide 1st level support for the assigned product lines
- You will advise our customers on all technical matters during on-site visits in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
- You will independently carry out service assignments (installations, qualifications/validations, maintenance, repairs and remote support)
- You will ensure precise documentation of the work performed (maintenance and service documentation) within the highly regulated environment of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry
Requirements
- You hold a degree as a state-recognized technician or have successfully completed vocational training with a focus on refrigeration and air conditioning, medical technology, electrical or automation engineering, or a comparable qualification
- You have extensive experience in field service and are confident in dealing with customers
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- You work independently and like to organize your workday yourself
- You are willing to travel approximately 70% of the time
- You enjoy traveling within the D-A-CH-NL region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands) and are flexible accordingly
