About the role
- Learn scheduled maintenance and repair of medical devices in accordance with technical documentation and/or modification instructions
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites and resolve problems using remote diagnostics
- Support installation and deinstallation of systems or optional modules in cooperation with project management
- Timely completion of all administrative tasks (in particular daily service reports, weekly timesheets, maintenance logs and other required documentation)
- Regular participation in training on technical updates, including international training
- Maintain tools/instruments and testing equipment
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a technician or master craftsman, or a relevant vocational or university degree in electrical engineering, medical technology, information technology or mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification
- Solid practical knowledge in electronics (qualified electrical specialist) and electromechanics
- Strong technical/analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Very good German and good English skills
- Confident user of the MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license (passenger car)
