About the role

  • Leverage technical expertise to meet operational requirements through reporting, data analytics, and creation/maintenance of operational tools.
  • Collaborate closely with management and internal teams to address business unit needs.
  • Design, develop, and rigorously test high-quality applications to automate core business processes using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder).
  • Assist team members with application development using MS PowerApps.
  • Manage project timelines and provide progress updates to project manager regarding automation objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with SOP and Citizen Developer guidelines to encourage best practices.
  • Implement exception handling, metric reporting, global variables, and other best practices within solutions.
  • Support business operations by organizing internal databases and resources, facilitating meetings, and conducting data analysis and metric tracking.
  • Compile supporting documentation to fulfill business group needs.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to aid in project monitoring and decision-making.
  • Communicate estimates, plan and manage workload, and regularly engage with management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or software engineering. Other relevant technical degrees may be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dataverse, and other related M365 tools.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Power Apps and other applications within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to interact with and manage relationships among project team members, clients, and vendors at various levels.
  • A proactive approach to learning new skills and enhancing knowledge to contribute effectively to team operations.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly advanced skills in MS Excel and/or MS Access for creating detailed, interactive spreadsheets, workbooks, and databases.
