About the role

  • Design, develop, and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support mission-critical workflows
  • Implement and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate, ensuring compliance with GCC High security standards
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for executive and operational decision-making
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and external data sources
  • Ensure compliance with FedRAMP High, ITAR, DFARS, and agency-specific security requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, security, compliance, IT) to deliver scalable solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to end users, building organizational fluency in Power Platform
  • Maintain solution documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and governance artifacts
  • Contribute to governance frameworks by defining standards, templates, and reusable components
  • Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend adoption of new features

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience working in M365 GCC High or other secure cloud environments
  • Knowledge of AZURE services (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, and Service Bus)
  • Prior experience supporting federal agencies, DoD, or other regulated industries
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and MS TEAMs integration
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and Dataverse
  • Strong written and verbal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with Power Platform Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps pipelines (AZURE DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC)
