Serve as field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance within the Dupixent Business Unit
Work across internal stakeholders including Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay and program vendors to deliver exceptional customer experience
Develop and execute national strategy to build reimbursement confidence and assist in patient pull-through efforts
Act as point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay) and lead Dupixent pull-through efforts, assisting ABM as appropriate
Educate HCP office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support, free drug programs and financial assistance
Plan and implement geographic business plans to support access to Dupixent
Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for Dupixent
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and awareness
Conduct HCP office visits as needed and problem-solve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact
Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rate for patients prescribed Dupixent
Requirements
BA/BS Degree required
Minimum 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or other relevant experience
Previous experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access a plus
Ability to travel approximately 70% depending on geography
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for fleet program
Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork and working in a matrix
Ability to adapt to change and work in a high-energy, fast paced environment
Interpersonal skills including managing and resolving conflict and building strong working relationships
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
Achieve and maintain compliance with Sanofi policies, regulatory and legal requirements
