About the role
- Serve as Lease Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the PCaaS program
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal customers, external suppliers, and IT teams
- Review lease schedules for accuracy and completeness and ensure corrections prior to approval
- Review, correct, approve, and dispute PCaaS lease and purchase invoices
- Develop and maintain a hardware refresh plan to provide modern equipment and retire technical debt
- Design and build ServiceNow dashboards to track PCaaS performance indicators
- Provide detailed monthly PCaaS metrics for IT Operations Review
- Design and execute queries and reports supporting cost savings and cost avoidance efforts
- Define and document ServiceNow workflows, enhancements, and process improvements
- Update and maintain ServiceNow CMDB with PCaaS-relevant data and ensure asset data integrity
- Develop and maintain documentation including business cases, process flows, and KBAs
- Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and form specifications to improve data integrity
- Lead or support operational excellence and Go-to-Green plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience (alternative credential)
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance or lease management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of IT asset & service management platforms and tools, including ServiceNow
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience designing and building dashboards and reports
- Experience with CMDB data analysis, validation, and correction
- Experience developing business cases, process flows, KBAs, and technical documentation
- Experience with enterprise-level IT projects and process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to project management methodologies, primarily Agile
- Ability to handle time-sensitive situations and engage outside normal working hours when necessary
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
