Execute end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness, including GL mapping, reconciliation, and post-payroll reporting
Ensure payroll inputs are ready per the payroll calendar and manage tax compliance, including international mobility cases
Manage share-related processes (LTI, stocks) in collaboration with Performance & Reward team
Handle payroll-related vendor management, PR/PO requests, and provide Tier 2 payroll support
Oversee time & attendance systems, manage leave, overtime and ensure data integrity across time-tracking systems
Collaborate with managers and timekeepers to resolve time discrepancies and prepare periodic time & attendance reports
Act as single point of contact for internal/external audits related to Time and Payroll; complete Control Self-Assessments and assist in closing audit findings
Maintain up-to-date documentation and local Time and Payroll articles; ensure data privacy compliance
Contribute to Global Core Model deployment, update Desktop Procedures quarterly, and identify/implement process improvements and automation
Participate in global Time and Payroll projects and support transitions within Hubs and In-Market stakeholders
Liaise with Finance, Legal, HR and external vendors; handle employee inquiries regarding Time management and Payroll
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports; monitor data quality and analyze T2P data to support decision-making and process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
At least 1+ years of experience in time and payroll operations
Experience in People Services Operations is highly desirable
Proven track record in an international or multicultural shared services environment
Proficient in Workday, ServiceNow, and other SBO People Services technologies
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of local HRIS and payroll systems
Hands-on experience with People & Culture Management (PCM) systems is an advantage
Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll management
Comprehensive understanding of local legal requirements, taxation, and labor laws
Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese is a plus
Strong stakeholder management abilities
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Team player with ability to work collaboratively across functions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Complete all mandatory HSE and compliance training and iLearn modules
Adhere to internal control framework, maintain strict confidentiality, and comply with GDPR and local data protection regulations
