Create HEVA communication deliverables (including manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks) aligned with HEVA strategy and global HEVA communication plan across relevant business units and product teams
Contribute to execution of HEVA communication plans and ensure evidence needs for healthcare decision makers are identified and prioritized
Manage core HEVA communication processes, templates, and products across the portfolio in accordance with scientific and value messages (Core Value Dossier, US AMCP Dossier)
Ensure Core Value Decks for key products are established and maintained as regularly updated synthesis of critical HEVA evidence
Maintain accountability for adherence to the publication SOP and other compliance expectations relevant to HEVA communication processes
Seek opportunities to innovate HEVA value communications to increase relevance and impact and inform access and reimbursement decisions
Create complex and specialized content without supervision and develop therapeutic area expertise
Coach and review content created by senior and junior HEVA writers
Manage end-to-end publication content development process including documentation and approval in iEnvision (Datavision/Matrix)
Collaborate effectively with HEVA, RWE, and Scientific communication global and/or local teams and liaise with healthcare professionals
Implement the publication plan and associated regional activities and work with selected vendors to deliver required deliverables
Design and deliver training: leverage advanced training tools, design action plans based on end-user feedback, and take active participation in training design/delivery
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or academia
Stakeholder management skills
Communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Relevant training/experience in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or other relevant health-related scientific discipline
Therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure
Knowledge of Good Publication Practice
Experience with publication submission and/or project management
Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree
Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
Travel required as per business need
