QA Engineer

• Perform detailed quality assurance reviews of inbound healthcare data feeds from client facilities, ensuring proper formatting, data integrity, and alignment with system specifications
• Validate the successful ingestion and transformation of data into internal billing systems
• Conduct end-to-end QA of system configuration for new client onboardings, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and billing workflows
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Billing Teams to troubleshoot and resolve data issues and configuration mismatches
• Document defects, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in a clear and actionable manner
• Develop and maintain QA documentation, including test cases, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in client requirement gathering and technical walkthroughs to understand scope and impact of onboarding requirements
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
