• Lead development and execution of global content and marketing channel strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee the full content lifecycle across owned, earned, and paid channels from ideation to distribution
• Build a differentiated content strategy that supports the customer journey and go-to-market initiatives
• Develop a media and marketing channel strategy reflecting evolving customer behaviors and digital trends
• Lead and manage a creative team to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content across platforms
• Lead the editorial corporate communications plan across departments with a 360 approach to content creation and distribution
• Orchestrate channels to influence decisions and drive engagement across the funnel
• Use data and analytics to measure performance and optimize content effectiveness
• Develop methods and use of AI and new technology to drive speed, efficiency and innovation
• Collaborate with Product and Solutions Management, Sales, Brand, and Digital Transformation to align messaging and content with business priorities
• Support internal communication and change management through clear and engaging content strategies
• Report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication; location flexible between Sandvik Coromant offices
