• Own the document & policies creation workflows and build the Agent features to automate those processes
• Guide customers to generate and maintain compliance documents tailored to their business through AI-powered workflows
• Build Agent workflows for surfacing recommendations and completing relevant actions to evolve customers' security programs
• Deeply understand customers and market and translate their needs into clear Agent experiences that solve compliance challenges
• Partner with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns across chat, inline actions, and background automations to make the Agent reliable, explainable, and safe
• Shape and scale the Agent’s interoperability by building the catalog of tools and integrations that enable meaningful, trusted actions across Vanta
• Deliver high-quality products that address key customer pain points and establish Vanta’s leadership in AI-powered GRC solutions
• Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as the team grows
