About the role
- Own the document & policies creation workflows and build the Agent features to automate those processes
- Guide customers to generate and maintain compliance documents tailored to their business through AI-powered workflows
- Build Agent workflows for surfacing recommendations and completing relevant actions to evolve customers' security programs
- Deeply understand customers and market and translate their needs into clear Agent experiences that solve compliance challenges
- Partner with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns across chat, inline actions, and background automations to make the Agent reliable, explainable, and safe
- Shape and scale the Agent’s interoperability by building the catalog of tools and integrations that enable meaningful, trusted actions across Vanta
- Deliver high-quality products that address key customer pain points and establish Vanta’s leadership in AI-powered GRC solutions
- Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as the team grows
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products
- Strong technical skills and experience working directly with LLMs, including writing and iterating on prompts, evaluating outputs, and driving systematic quality improvements
- Customer-focused mindset– proactively reach out to customers, synthesize feedback, and partner with go-to-market teams
- Deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders
- Communicate with clarity and influence—both written and verbal—with team members, stakeholders, and executives
- Learner’s mindset, a genuine passion for building AI products, and the grit to experiment, iterate, and fail
- Deep interest in and knowledge of the evolving AI/ML ecosystem
- Data driven– lean into qualitative signals from users and dig into quantitative data to inform roadmap & prioritization
