Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Sandstone’s mission, goals, and growth objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing, results-oriented, and data-driven marketing and alumni teams; oversee marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting
Elevate and differentiate the brand through positioning, messaging, segmentation, and overall marketing strategy
Participate in service development strategies and drive integrated marketing across SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns
Design and implement strategies to attract clients and retain referral sources, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize client engagement
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities; use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Manage the marketing budget, allocating to trackable programs and optimizing the pipeline to support revenue plans
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute ongoing strategies; oversee external agencies and marketing services relationships
Lead a team skilled in data analytics, generative AI, and community marketing to drive innovation and enhance client experience
Serve as custodian of the company’s brand and related assets and proactively manage reputation
Maintain and develop a strong, mission-driven, high-performance culture within the marketing and alumni departments
Based in Colorado, Maryland, or Virginia with some travel to facilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience working in Mental Health, Addiction, or Behavioral Health for 5+ year
Proven track record of leading and managing Growth/Marketing teams
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement actionable marketing plans that align with business goals, using data and metrics
Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making, including using CRM
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong experience with Salesforce, EHR Platforms, Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Word, and Excel required
Ideal candidates have proven experience leading quarter over quarter growth in assigned metrics/KPIs
Board experience highly regarded
