About the role

  • Implement campaigns end-to-end using Eloqua and deliver all Eloqua elements for campaigns
  • Build segments, emails, forms, and landing pages
  • Provide support to marketing teams on the marketing ecosystem including Eloqua, OpenExchange, and Pathfactory
  • Support integrated inbound digital marketing activity and develop 'Always on' inbound projects with the wider Digital team
  • Act as point of contact for creating complex marketing campaigns and troubleshoot issues with marketing teams
  • Deliver end-user training and lead campaign development when onboarding new marketers to Eloqua
  • Support updates of shared assets (segments, headers, footers, workflows) and enable execution of outbound strategic campaigns

Requirements

  • 5 years hands-on experience using Marketing Automation platforms (preference for Eloqua)
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
  • Strong business insight and analytical proficiency
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven track record to form relationships and influence all levels within an organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and present complex information effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive, results-focused attitude
  • Able to drive projects with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in the financial industry is ideal; knowledge of LSEG and its markets is desired
  • Ready to align in UK hours (12 PM- 9 PM)
