About the role
- Develop and work on delivering 3-year innovation strategy for portfolio of oral care brands
- Work with CMI teams to generate sharp market insight through consumer studies, analysis and market observation
- Develop disruptive omni-channel marketing plans and communications for launches and BU activation
- Support sales managers to ensure OTIF delivery of key strategic projects and targets
- Lead and work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver projects across regions
- Conduct monthly business reporting and brand seeding reviews
- Participate in Annual Joint Business Planning with key customers
- Enable delivery of iTO of €50 mn in the role in the next 3 years
- Report to Global Category Head for Oral Care and interface with Unilever categories, UI R&D and Supply Chain teams
Requirements
- Marketing experience in BD and/or BB in any region / globally
- Strong track record of consistent in-market delivery
- Deep consumer focus and consumer insight analysis experience
- Experience developing innovation strategy and launching oral care formats
- Experience in omni-channel marketing and communications
- Experience supporting sales for OTIF delivery of projects and targets
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
- Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and make decisions
- Decisiveness, initiative, and bias for action
- Passion for building brands and willingness to challenge the status quo
