About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain automation tools and data processing systems for logistics
- Analyze technical requirements and create technical requirements and use cases for automation opportunities
- Monitor and analyze data to ensure stability and consistency of daily data analytics tasks
- Design, develop, and manage data analytics tools to automate emailing, scheduling, downloading data, and Excel macro activation
- Design and build dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and other web applications
- Manage automation tasks such as collecting data from various sources and tracking delivery aging
- Design and document technical specifications for data implementation projects
- Develop test plans and perform testing on new modules
- Collaborate with directors and other developers throughout project execution
- Perform ad hoc reporting and other job-related duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of development experience across multiple areas (Python, VBA)
- 2+ years of data analytics or other relevant experience is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus
- Experience with RPA tools is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic
