About the role
- Manage relationships with key NSP partners (SHI and Connections).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, executives, sales teams, and account managers.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
- Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, pricing, and incentives to maximize mutual profitability.
- Lead joint business planning sessions, QBRs, and other strategic meetings.
- Mentor and support funded Head resources, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums to promote the brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in channel management, preferably with direct experience with SHI and/or Connections or similar large channel partners.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partnerships and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of technology products and services, particularly in the IT industry.
- Mobility products experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
