About the role

  • Partner with leadership to build, implement, and maintain a quality program supporting Deal Support (Deal Execution + Deal Strategy)
  • Observe and audit deal-related interactions and workflows to assess performance, adherence to policy, and identify trends
  • Design and use standardized rubrics and scorecards for audits and coaching
  • Design and support a coaching framework and enable managers to deliver impactful feedback
  • Analyze quality data using Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools to track metrics and derive actionable insights
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to Deal Support leadership to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risk
  • Support the Deal Support Quality Program through targeted auditing, agile monitoring forms, and investigative projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Sales Operations, and Systems to improve processes
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles across the organization

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance, process improvement, or operations role
  • At least 2 years directly focused on executing quality programs
  • Experience designing and using quality assurance rubrics or scorecards to perform audits and provide structured feedback
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis and identifying error trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and passion for continuous process improvement
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Industry-standard quality or process improvement certifications (e.g., COPC, Six Sigma, ASQ) (preferred)
  • Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback (CSAT or internal surveys) into quality improvement (preferred)
  • Experience facilitating calibration sessions for scoring consistency (preferred)
  • Experience with quality assurance tracking/reporting software (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the sales deal lifecycle or business operations environment (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
