Lead GTM enablement programs for Samsara’s product solutions with an emphasis on competitors, industries and buyer personas.
Support company-wide change management initiatives for sellers to increase productivity throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain full end-to-end ownership of solution based training strategy and enablement materials.
Facilitate instructor-led training, develop AE-facing resources, and leverage internal tools and technology.
Empower sellers to deliver added value to end customers and meet or exceed revenue expectations.
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team).
Requirements
3+ years of GTM enablement experience for a multi product technology company.
Established expertise customizing enablement strategies for industry verticals with an emphasis on company differentiation.
Track record of stakeholder management across sales, product, product marketing, marketing, and sales strategy to drive effective product and feature rollouts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.
Background in sales, CS or product marketing (preferred).
Experience enabling sales on tools such as Gong or Gong Engage (preferred).
Direct experience with Lessonly (LMS), Showpad (CMS), and/or Jira (Project Management) (preferred).
Multi-Lingual: Ability to create/translate learning content (English, French, Spanish) (preferred).
