About the role
- Facilitate engaging virtual and occasionally in-person instructor-led sessions for onboarding new team members and for ongoing continuous learning on topics such as new systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ), deal processes, and sales policies
- Partner with subject matter experts within Deal Support and Sales Operations to design, develop, and maintain training content, documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on team performance, using data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactively partner with managers and team members to understand day-to-day workflows, shadow analysts and review deals to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for targeted coaching and training
- Manage multiple learning initiatives and projects simultaneously, from scoping and design to delivery and measurement
- Drive change management for process and systems improvements within the Deal Support organization collaborating with cross-functional SMEs
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an enablement, training, or sales/business operations role, with a focus on creating and delivering training for internal teams
- Demonstrated skills leading engaging live or virtual learning experiences for technical and process-oriented topics
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required; understanding of the overall sales technology ecosystem is highly preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives from end-to-end
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex processes and policies into clear, digestible training materials
- Expert skills with facilitation and content creation tools (e.g., Google Suite, Zoom, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)
