About the role

  • Design, scale, and elevate systems, processes, and policies that power the global sales engine
  • Own, scale, and uplevel Run-the-Business (RTB) processes to drive accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement
  • Drive operational excellence in account segmentation, territory planning, and execution
  • Deliver and operationalize Sales Policies by translating strategy into clear, scalable, and auditable processes
  • Partner with Salesforce Systems and automation teams to enhance workflows and automate manual tasks
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel logic to manage complex ownership models, territory rules, and opportunity distribution
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across go-to-market teams and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles
  • Proven success in managing tools for large sales teams (1,200+ users)
  • Strong project management skills with experience in implementation and ROI measurement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and productivity software
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field (MBA optional)
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Administrator experience a plus) preferred
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency preferred
  • Experience in account segmentation, territory planning, and sales operations execution preferred
  • Familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, RPA, Salesforce Flows, etc.) preferred
  • Project/program management experience; familiarity with Lead-to-Cash systems or process improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Must reside in Canada (role is open to candidates residing in Canada)
