About the role
- Design, scale, and elevate systems, processes, and policies that power the global sales engine
- Own, scale, and uplevel Run-the-Business (RTB) processes to drive accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement
- Drive operational excellence in account segmentation, territory planning, and execution
- Deliver and operationalize Sales Policies by translating strategy into clear, scalable, and auditable processes
- Partner with Salesforce Systems and automation teams to enhance workflows and automate manual tasks
- Leverage Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel logic to manage complex ownership models, territory rules, and opportunity distribution
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across go-to-market teams and embed Samsara’s cultural principles
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles
- Proven success in managing tools for large sales teams (1,200+ users)
- Strong project management skills with experience in implementation and ROI measurement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and productivity software
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field (MBA optional)
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Administrator experience a plus) preferred
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency preferred
- Experience in account segmentation, territory planning, and sales operations execution preferred
- Familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, RPA, Salesforce Flows, etc.) preferred
- Project/program management experience; familiarity with Lead-to-Cash systems or process improvement methodologies is a plus
- Must reside in Canada (role is open to candidates residing in Canada)
