Lead end-to-end change management for Operations initiatives and cross-functional programs
Develop and execute change management strategies
Partner with project teams across functions to ensure change management activities are integrated
Track and report on adoption and readiness KPIs
Design and deliver training programs that equip Operations teams
Build scalable enablement assets
Maintain a living library of enablement resources
Develop communication plans to keep teams informed and engaged
Own projects end-to-end, managing multiple concurrent workstreams

Requirements

5+ years of experience in change management, program management, or organizational effectiveness
Change management certification required (Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent)
Proven track record of leading change on large-scale system implementations or process transformation initiatives
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across organizational boundaries
Experience designing and delivering scalable end-user training programs
