Manager

• Identify potential locations across the US based upon market research and analysis
• Act as a central point of contact for third-party consultants, architects, and designers.
• Collaborate with CEO and legal to negotiate and secure favorable terms with Landlords and various vendors.
• Cultivate and direct key broker relationships, guiding them on site prioritization and negotiation strategies while tracking pipeline progress
• Manage the submission and retrieval of project plans and permits at various local departments, as needed
• Keep expansion on track by helping build and manage overall project schedules, budgets, and financing structures.
• Coordinate between external vendors and internal teams (Finance, Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, etc) to ensure seamless openings of new locations and that all parties are aware of timelines
• Bridge the gap between real estate, executive vision, and daily operations, turning performance data and field insights into strategic adjustments for how current and future locations operate.
• Serve as the central point of contact for Landlords on an ongoing basis
• As needed, assist internal teams, especially Operations, with various real estate needs for our cloud kitchen locations (ie, our locations that are not "self-processing"). This might entail stepping up to help with equipment purchasing, project management, and coordination with cloud kitchen facility managers.

Real Estate Development Manager

Brand Manager

• Lead the identity development and storytelling behind our brands, with a primary focus on our flagship brand, moonbowls.
• Ensure the consistency of our brand messaging and value proposition across all customer touchpoints.
• Work closely with the CEO and R&D team to guide our culinary roadmap from a brand and market opportunity perspective.
• Own the post-purchase customer journey to maximize order frequency and customer lifetime value.
• Spearhead retention strategies, digital loyalty initiatives, and occasion-based campaigns that drive repeat ordering behavior and brand stickiness.
• Develop and manage a holistic strategy for introducing our brands into new markets, including social media and community outreach.
• Develop high ROI opportunities to collaborate with digital influencers and build community engagement.
• Direct the editorial strategy across all brand channels, creating a cohesive narrative that boosts community interaction and achieves sales targets.
• Oversee the external brand communications strategy, shaping public perception with general and targeted media outlets.
• Partner directly with the CEO on high-level strategic planning and thought leadership initiatives.

Head of Brand Marketing

• Partner with the Regional Director to hire, coach, and develop Kitchen Managers and other leaders
• Build strong teams by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development
• Support succession planning and talent development across assigned kitchens
• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple kitchen locations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, food safety standards, and operational expectations
• Monitor execution and coach teams to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and customer experience
• Conduct regular kitchen visits and operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Kitchen Managers to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
• Review operational metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Support the successful execution of company initiatives, training programs, and operational rollouts
