About the role
- Ensuring the successful completion of program projects and initiatives, aligning with business objectives and delivering on time
- Converting strategic insights from Campaign Leads into detailed, actionable plans
- Establishing and maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of campaign BOMs (Bill of Materials)
- Facilitating the packaging and activation of campaign strategies, ensuring executional readiness across global operating units
- Serving as a key liaison between channel and global teams to align on program activation and critical updates
- Supporting the creation of stakeholder-facing presentations to ensure clear and actionable campaign communication
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience driving integrated campaigns and sales pipeline programs.
- Demonstrated success in an integrated marketing or campaign management role
- Experience at a large, global B2B company within a matrixed marketing organization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of BOMs and their role in campaign effectiveness
- Proficiency in content audit and optimization to ensure marketing materials are relevant and effective
- Experience working through ambiguity and problem solving with minimal inputs or supervision.
