About the role
- help produce trusted content that’s approachable, high-quality, and empowering for our learners
- review and shape Trailhead badge content while working with writers and stakeholders across the company
- ensure Trailhead content adheres to our guidelines, aligns with our brand voice and tone, and is accurate and understandable
- serve as project manager for each Trailhead badge worked on
- lead writers through the process from start to finish
- maintain and update published content
- ensure badge records are up to date in our release app
- work on content that varies in role, level, and product, working with writers from 30+ teams throughout the company
Requirements
- Accomplished and skilled editor/writer of technical content
- Minimum 5 years professional editing or writing experience
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment on a fast-paced team
- Ability to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market
