About the role
- Design & Develop Presentations: Create visually engaging and on-brand PowerPoint presentations for a variety of use cases including executive meetings, client meetings, marketing events, and internal communications.
- Content Structuring: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand messaging goals and structure content for clarity, flow, and impact.
- Visual Storytelling: Translate abstract concepts and data into visual representations such as diagrams, charts, and infographics to aid comprehension and retention.
- Template Creation: Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates, slide libraries, and design standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Collaborative Support: Partner with brand marketing, sales marketing, and product marketing teams to deliver high-quality presentation materials under tight deadlines.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all presentations reflect the company’s visual identity and brand voice, maintaining a high standard of design excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in presentation design, visual communication, and presentation design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a must; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) is required.
- Design Expertise across strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Storytelling ability with proven experience in turning data and abstract ideas into engaging, narrative-driven visuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
- Self-motivated with strong project management and time management skills.
