About the role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global content strategy aligned with company objectives, business priorities, marketing initiatives, and revenue goals
  • Create and oversee production of diverse content assets: whitepapers, reports, case studies, blogs, infographics, videos, and webinars
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar that aligns content production with product launches, campaigns, and market moments
  • Leverage SEO, intent data, and analytics to guide content development and maximize discoverability, reach, and engagement
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring content is tailored for each platform to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation
  • Monitor search performance and competitive rankings, leveraging analytics and keyword insights to refine editorial calendars, content clusters, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Establish and enforce content governance, including messaging consistency, brand voice, and compliance standards across global regions
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Executive stakeholders to create content that is accurate, differentiated, and strategically designed to influence buyer decisions, nurture key accounts, and accelerates pipeline growth across target segments and ICPs
  • Drive storytelling frameworks that simplify complex data and insights and translate it into compelling content for target audiences
  • Optimize content distribution across channels, including digital, email, social, and events
  • Measure performance of content initiatives against marketing and sales goals, calculate and optimize ROI, and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members and manage content creators, editors, and freelancers
  • Collaborate with events and demand generation to repurpose content for industry conferences, speaking opportunities, marketing campaigns, and PR initiatives
  • Develop content programs that elevate customer voices, including testimonials, case studies, and user-driven thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in content marketing or communications leadership for companies focused on data-driven insights globally
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience aligning content strategies with sales and demand generation goals to directly influence pipeline and revenue outcome
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product, Sales, Executives, and leaders in the company to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Proven ability to manage teams and cross-functional projects at a global scale
  • Track record of creating thought leadership content that positions a company as a trusted authority within its industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver high-quality content in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and CMSs, to support content distribution and measurement
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a proven ability to craft content that resonates with target personas and existing customers
  • Deep expertise in SEO and GEO strategy, from keyword research to technical optimization, combined with proficiency in lead nurturing and performance analytics to maximize content reach and conversion.
