About the role
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for both the AppExchange and AgentExchange
- Lead the growth and health of a two-sided marketplace ecosystem, balancing customer and partner/developer needs
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver trusted, scalable marketplace experiences
- Guide the strategic evolution of AgentExchange to provide a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use platform for discovering and deploying AI agents
- Foster a thriving developer and ISV community and drive ecosystem monetization
- Execute and influence strategic vision and roadmap to align with Salesforce platform and AI initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering and influencing product strategy, vision, and roadmap
- Exceptional strategic thinking, UX, and analytical skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including proven experience presenting to executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) in a highly-matrixed organization
- Experience managing global teams at scale across multiple hubs and time zones
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred: Proven track record of building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or complex two-sided marketplaces
- Preferred: Experience with emerging agent interoperability protocols like MCP and A2A
- Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce technology, including the Salesforce Platform, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Preferred: Deep understanding of partner & developer ecosystems and the tools/platforms they use to build and deploy solutions
