About the role
- Build, design and optimize enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers
- Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand business challenges and serve as strategic advisor to their AI roadmap
- Run tight feedback loops into Engineering and influence feature development based on customer needs
- Represent Decagon externally and participate in key deployments
- Own a portfolio of agents end-to-end and scale them to millions of users
- Collaborate with engineering to design new product features
- Write and test prompt logic for specific customer use cases
- Work with customer executive teams to define AI roadmaps
- Partner closely with Go-To-Market, Design, Engineering, and leadership teams to guide product roadmap
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder, etc.)
- Deep technical acumen — able to understand and shape AI agent designs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, French, Portuguese, or German
- A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree — or equivalent technical experience (preferred)
- An undergraduate degree or higher in one of the specified foreign languages (preferred)
