About the role
- Help connect AI, design-to-code, and design systems workflows across Figma's suite of products
- Serve as a liaison between design and engineering to solve complex user experience flows and ensure scalable engineering architecture
- Drive forward tightly-scoped, advanced features across Figma products
- Collaborate with fellow PMs to advance larger streams and define multi-year vision
- Work closely with customers of all sizes to ensure the needs of all users at any scale are met
- Partner with engineering to ensure systems are built in a scalable, performant way
- Join forces with designers to present complex user flows simply and understandably
- Participate in planning and prioritization, track key metrics, and collaborate on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
- Potential projects include design system features, Dev Mode and Code Connect enhancements, AI-powered workflows, and integrating design systems with AI for handoff to development
Requirements
- Comfortable working on deep, technically complex problems and experience working on user-facing product launches
- Knack for visual design and/or design workflows
- Excited about shaping how design evolves in an AI-powered world
- Experience with design systems, AI applications in design, or design-to-code tools
- Love for designers and building relationships with key customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal teams and external high-profile clients
