Architect and build a unified Data360 environment by integrating device management tooling, system logs, large datasets, and enterprise applications.
Design and deploy proactive Agentic workflows and automations using Agentforce, enabling IT to shift from reactive to predictive operations.
Develop robust automations and backend services in Python, Swift, and Go, deployed across platforms including MuleSoft and AWS.
Integrate with enterprise IT systems via REST/SOAP APIs (e.g., Jamf, FleetDM, Intune, Zscaler) to create seamless, end-to-end data flows.
Architect and implement serverless infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate) in collaboration with IT and Endpoint Engineering teams.
Build Slack-native AI experiences — including intelligent Slack agents, automated workflow surfaces, and AI-powered integrations using the Slack Platform.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies and their practical application in enterprise automation and agentic systems.
Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-scale API Gateways, event-driven architectures, and serverless infrastructure.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce products including Data Cloud, the Agentforce product family, and the Salesforce Platform.
Expert-level proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and their integration into complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
Deep experience in cloud-native development on AWS, including strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce products including Data Cloud, the Agentforce product family, and the Salesforce Platform.
Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enable rapid, high-quality software delivery.
