About the role
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, multi-system infrastructure that unifies disparate IT systems into a cohesive, intelligent platform.
- Architect and build a unified Data360 environment by integrating device management tooling, system logs, large datasets, and enterprise applications.
- Design and deploy proactive Agentic workflows and automations using Agentforce, enabling IT to shift from reactive to predictive operations.
- Develop robust automations and backend services in Python, Swift, and Go, deployed across platforms including MuleSoft and AWS.
- Integrate with enterprise IT systems via REST/SOAP APIs (e.g., Jamf, FleetDM, Intune, Zscaler) to create seamless, end-to-end data flows.
- Architect and implement serverless infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate) in collaboration with IT and Endpoint Engineering teams.
- Build Slack-native AI experiences — including intelligent Slack agents, automated workflow surfaces, and AI-powered integrations using the Slack Platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies and their practical application in enterprise automation and agentic systems.
- Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-scale API Gateways, event-driven architectures, and serverless infrastructure.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce products including Data Cloud, the Agentforce product family, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Expert-level proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and their integration into complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep experience in cloud-native development on AWS, including strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce products including Data Cloud, the Agentforce product family, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enable rapid, high-quality software delivery.
