About the role
- Lead a team of senior and principal Solution Engineers supporting the largest Financial Services customers
- Earn credibility with highly experienced technical professionals
- Coach senior SEs to elevate their craft in strategy, storytelling, architecture, and influence
- Identify skill gaps early and drive continuous development
- Build the next generation of Principal SEs, Distinguished SEs, Strategic Client Architects, and Leaders
- Partner with Sales Leadership to win strategic deals by providing technical deal strategy
- Shape Financial Services technical narratives that the field can leverage including novel approaches
Requirements
- 10+ years in Solution Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Architecture
- Experience leading and mentoring senior technical professionals
- Deep understanding of banking, insurance, capital markets, fintech, or payments
- Familiarity with regulatory, operational, and technology pressures facing the industry
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API and event architectures, data platforms and governance, AI-enabled business architectures
- Comfort engaging senior leaders including CIO, CTO, CDO, and enterprise architects
