About the role
- As part of the Field Readiness team at Salesforce, you will be the analytical cornerstone of our strategy, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that influence executive-level decisions.
- You will own our measurement framework, from analyzing qualitative feedback (“Voice of the Field”) to quantifying the adoption of our tech stack.
- This is a highly visible role where your analysis will impact the programs and tools we deliver to our distribution teams, helping them perform at their best.

- ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Strategic Analysis: Perform analyses of current-state feedback streams and quarterly planning datasets to deliver critical insights and strategic recommendations, driving stronger alignment with the field and actionable business impact.
- Develop the "Voice of the Field": Synthesize vast amounts of qualitative and quantitative data to create compelling, widely distributed "Voice of the Field" reports that drive tangible changes in Enablement org.
- Master Data Storytelling & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated and intuitive dashboards in Tableau. Go beyond just building charts to evangelize their use, empowering stakeholders with self-service analytics and telling compelling stories that drive action.
- Consult & Partner: Act as a data consultant to internal stakeholders. Build strong cross-functional relationships with our technical and non-technical partners to solve complex data challenges.
- Champion Enablement: Develop and deliver training on new dashboards and analytical tools, fostering a data-driven culture across the Enablement org.
Requirements
- Educational degree and/or 3-5 years in a highly analytical role or strategy department
- Experience/Certification with Tableau required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and in working with large datasets
- Experience with Salesforce platform and AI tools preferred
- Experience in Sales Enablement and the sales environment (sales performance and enablement metrics) preferred
- Outstanding problem solving skills: consistent track record to ask questions, structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions and recommendations
- Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts into easily digestible insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
- Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions
