About the role
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing full funnel, multi-touch campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, paid ads, webinars, etc.) to generate and accelerate pipeline, drive cross sell/upsell opportunities, and increase brand awareness
- Designing programs to nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring alignment with Product Marketing Managers and Sales Development teams for effective lead follow-up
- Partnering with content and product teams to deliver resources like whitepapers, case studies, videos, and eBooks that align to funnel stage and target audiences to support demand generation efforts
- Monitoring campaign success metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline growth, ROI) and recommending tactics to optimize results
- Collaborating with analytics teams to build dashboards and reporting tools that track success against KPIs
Requirements
- 8+ years experience with demand generation marketing strategies, including paid acquisition, email marketing, content syndication and virtual events
- Knowledge of B2B tech sales cycles and buyer journeys
- Experience marketing to C-level and practitioners within technical functions at enterprise accounts
- Proficient at evaluating campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and tactics.
- Experience being creative and eager to try new strategies and tactics to uncover growth opportunities
