Develop and execute strategic integrated marketing and account-based plans aligned with regional sales priorities to build and generate pipeline
Act as a strategic partner and trusted marketing/business advisor to regional sales leadership
Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities and pipeline performance, providing insights and recommendations
Plan and manage regional activities including first-party and third-party events, industry conferences, tradeshows, webinars, executive roundtables, and workshops
Drive customized account-based marketing campaigns for key strategic accounts using data, insights, and buyer personas
Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, campaigns, and partner teams to define target accounts, buyer personas, messaging, and campaign activation
Recommend and influence development of content to support integrated campaigns across all funnel stages
Manage budget, ROI, and performance metrics for all regional marketing programs and campaigns
Serve as primary field marketing lead for US West territory, aligning with sales and partners to impact pipeline, awareness, engagement, and account growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
MBA a plus
8+ years of integrated B2B marketing experience, preferably in Strategic accounts field marketing roles
Proven success in developing and executing field marketing campaigns, events, and regional demand generation efforts
Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities, and recommend clear actions
Understanding of Strategic accounts buying dynamics and behaviors in US West
Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills
Exceptional program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines and goals
Strong analytical mindset and results-driven with the ability to pull, analyze, and interpret data and adjust tactics accordingly
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and Tableau
Ability to travel regionally (15%-25%) as needed
