About the role
- Play a vital role in shaping the future of our market-leading SaaS product
- Contribute directly to SailPoint's design vision by creating innovative user experiences for ISC.
- Work closely with Product Management, Product Design, and Engineering
- Conceptualize, design, and prototype user interfaces to improve the user experience and overall functionality of ISC.
- Drive the development and release of features based on your design vision
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product/UX Design
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in applying user-centered design principles to create exceptional user experiences.
- Extensive experience working in collaborative, Agile software development environments, with a demonstrated ability to iteratively ship product with engineers and product teams.
- A passion for high-quality interaction design, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional judgment in applying user-centered design principles, methods, and processes to solve complex design challenges.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and resolving design issues.
- Exceptional interpersonal, feedback, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- An experimental and innovative mindset, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and incorporate feedback to continuously improve your designs.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with a geographically distributed team.
