About the role
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Synthesize findings into clear design hypotheses and recurring patterns
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Define and evolve UX workflows across multiple personas and devices
- Work with Product management and engineering to define product features
- Establish the initial design system and core reusable components to support scalable design
- Ensure handoff with minimal rework and alignment with technical constraints
- Deliver designs that combine usability with polish and emotional resonance
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in UX or product design
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 year+ education in UX design or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end, from discovery through MVP to iterative product versions with live users
- Proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining atomic design systems
- Strong systems thinking
- Experience shipping products that serve multiple user types on the same platform
- Experience collaborating directly with engineers in Agile workflows
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
