About the role
- Lead end-to-end design for new AI-powered features—from problem framing to polished UI.
- Translate complex accounting and audit workflows into clear, elegant interactions that feel effortless.
- Prototype intelligent agent experiences that blend automation, context awareness, and transparency.
- Collaborate with AI and data teams to shape conversational flows, confidence indicators, and user feedback loops.
- Audit, define, and evolve Suralink’s design system for scale, accessibility, and design-to-code alignment.
- Introduce design tokens, variants, and documentation that support multi-product consistency.
- Partner with engineering to establish governance, release cadence, and component versioning.
- Create and maintain Zeroheight / Storybook documentation to foster adoption across teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience designing for complex SaaS products, with significant 0→1 or platform work.
- Proven experience designing AI or data-driven features (or a strong interest in LLM-enabled interfaces).
- Deep mastery of Figma (Auto Layout, variants, variables, libraries, tokens).
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and ability to ship elegant, cohesive experiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design.
