About the role
- Participate in Kickoff calls to gather study specifics and take notes
- Recruit and schedule qualified participants for multiple simultaneous qualitative research studies (10-12 projects)
- Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met or exceeded
- Provide clear, timely information to participants and researchers to ensure smooth study experience
- Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to understand requirements and recruitment goals
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, participant status, and study progress using internal tools
- Coordinate project deliverables including recruiting updates, schedule sheets, consent forms, and technology logistics
- Monitor projects for potential roadblocks and manage to resolution, escalating when appropriate
- Respond quickly to urgent issues and ensure adherence to company SOPs
Requirements
- Participate in initial Kick Off call to learn study specifics and take notes
- Recruit for multiple qualitative market research studies simultaneously (10-12 projects at a time)
- Schedule appropriate participants meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and timelines
- Provide comprehensive, clear, and timely information to participants and researchers
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal team members to understand study requirements
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, participant status, and study progress using internal tools
- Proactively address questions or concerns from participants to ensure a positive experience
- Coordinate delivery of project deliverables (kickoff call, recruiting updates, schedule sheets, signed consent forms, technology logistics)
- Monitor project elements to identify potential roadblocks and manage to resolution
- Be flexible and adaptable with changes to project elements as required
- Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and escalate as appropriate
- Work in accordance with company SOPs

- Experience conducting market research, preferably digital
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in participant recruitment, customer service, research coordination, or similar preferred
- Computer Skills: Windows, macOS
- Google Docs/Sheets proficiency
