About the role
- Oversee and orchestrate smooth, efficient facility operations for in-person focus group projects
- Drive room sales from new and existing clients through calls, emails, in-person meetings and networking
- Foster positive ongoing relationships with key client contacts to drive return business
- Serve as on-site concierge, delivering outstanding customer service and addressing client needs
- Lead and supervise Facility Supervisors, Site Supervisors, and Client Service Representatives; schedule and delegate tasks
- Ensure facility is staffed to accommodate Traditional and Clinical projects; maintain operational efficiency and project margins
- Lead training, development, feedback, coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews for staff
- Oversee hospitality and administrative functions; coordinate with outside vendors and property management
- Assist with basic IT/AV issues and report to AV/IT Department; provide secondary support to Project Managers
- Review project materials at kickoff, attend client kickoff calls, and communicate with clients pre-project
- Follow facility project execution protocols, manage client food service/day-of requests, and ensure participant compensation processing
- Prepare/review invoice requests and complete project close out; perform CSR duties as needed
- Schedule participants and room rentals in internal platform; other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience
- 2+ years of hospitality experience (preferred)
- Market Research experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Office/computer literate
- Leadership skills
