About the role
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement medium to long-term HR solutions aligned with business strategy
- Provide expert guidance and support in creation and execution of strategic HR initiatives
- Lead creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance
- Foster a positive workplace culture and contribute to employee engagement initiatives
- Apply HR functional expertise to achieve goals and provide guidance as project lead when needed
- Collaborate with centralized People Operations and cross-functional teams acting as a strategic partner and advisor to employees and senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant discipline (experience considered in lieu of degree)
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as an HRBP with broad HR exposure
- Experience working in a technology-driven organization; SaaS or fintech experience is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employee relations experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and implement HR policies that align with business objectives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Comfort working in a Hybrid environment with at least 3 days a week working from our Dallas office
- Possible travel up to 10%
