About the role

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement medium to long-term HR solutions aligned with business strategy
  • Provide expert guidance and support in creation and execution of strategic HR initiatives
  • Lead creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and contribute to employee engagement initiatives
  • Apply HR functional expertise to achieve goals and provide guidance as project lead when needed
  • Collaborate with centralized People Operations and cross-functional teams acting as a strategic partner and advisor to employees and senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant discipline (experience considered in lieu of degree)
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as an HRBP with broad HR exposure
  • Experience working in a technology-driven organization; SaaS or fintech experience is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employee relations experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement HR policies that align with business objectives
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working in a Hybrid environment with at least 3 days a week working from our Dallas office
  • Possible travel up to 10%
