💰 $120,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Partner with senior leaders across multiple properties for strategic HR advice.
- Provide expert recommendations, counsel, and coaching on various employee-related issues.
- Anticipate labor/employee relations issues and provide counsel to resolve them.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to venue HR teams on the East Coast in the Hospitality division.
- Build organizational bench strength through recruitment and development of high-potential talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year College or University or equivalent education and work experience required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years’ human resources experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in a union work environment preferred, but not required.
- Experience managing and developing a team of HR direct reports.
