Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and HR escalations.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering teamwork and employee engagement.
Support our Performance Review processes, ensuring they are conducted on-time and consistently by managers.
Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and addressing performance issues.
Assist in developing and implementing employee development and improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Keep abreast of HR best practices and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Generate HR metrics and reports to track key HR performance indicators and support decision-making.
Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, and policy changes.
Manage employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding) for all employees in your assigned department(s) and recommend, as well as implement, efficiencies to existing processes where possible.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist roles.
SHRM, CHRP or HRCI certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency with HRIS software and G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
